Cedric Hu
Co-Founder & CEO
Cedric Hu brings over 15 years of senior & leadership experience across engineering and technical sales roles at Amazon, IBM, and Huawei, spanning eight countries. In these roles, he led cross-functional teams of 50+ members and delivered technology and go-to-market initiatives valued at up to $300 million. His background in large-scale project execution, data analytics, and strategic planning underpins a disciplined, metrics-driven approach to real estate development.
Since 2010, Cedric has been an active real estate investor in Ontario, acquiring and operating five investment properties across the Toronto and Ottawa markets. This hands-on experience provided deep familiarity with Canadian mortgage structures, rental economics, and property management — forming the foundation for his transition into development.
In 2023, Cedric founded PolyPrime Inc. to develop a scalable portfolio of high-performance multiplexes in the Greater Toronto Area, targeting the "missing middle" housing segment through a vertically integrated model.
PolyPrime's strategy emphasizes capital efficiency, conservative underwriting, and repeatable execution. By standardizing design, procurement, and project delivery across its portfolio, the company minimizes per-unit development costs while maintaining quality and schedule certainty.

Kevin Deng
Co-founder, CFO,
CEO of PolyPrime Construction
Previously, Kevin served as the North China Regional CFO for KWG Group Holdings (HKEX: 1813), a HongKong Exchange listed developer, overseeing the development of dozens of large mix use projects, with over 8000 condo units and 120,000 square meters of commercial space. Prior to this role, Kevin was the CFO for BlueScope Steel's China operations, a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange. Kevin holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Kevin is also a fully Ontario HCRA licensed builder. He leads PolyPrime Construction.

Sophia, also founder of 51loans.ca, has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and is well-versed in the policies and regulations of the Toronto real estate market. She also holds a real estate mortgage broker license in Toronto, giving her deep expertise in real estate financing, construction, operations, transactions, and taxation. Leveraging her extensive financial resources, Sophia provides multi-channel financing arrangements for all company projects, ensuring operational stability and supporting the company's robust growth.

Jim Sun
Head of Construction
With over 20 years of construction management experience in the Toronto building industry, Jim, also founder of aeonhomes.ca, is a registered builder with HCRA/Tarion and has maintained excellent relationships with over 100 high-quality subcontractors. His expertise and design capabilities are highly regarded within the industry. Jim views construction as an art form and is dedicated to ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. He holds dual degrees in Economics from the University of British Columbia and Architectural Science from Ryerson University.
