Building on the successful blueprint and knowledge gained from the 25 Devondale project, PolyPrime has initiated a second, more refined development located near Lawrence and Pharmacy Ave. This new project boasts 9,450 sq ft of living space, designed for superior space efficiency. The architecture leverages the 76-foot lot width to create a distinct, luxurious townhome aesthetic.

The building incorporates a cutting-edge ductless HVAC system, offering individual comfort control and flexibility for tenants while meeting the stringent high energy efficiency standards set by CMHC. Furthermore, as a responsible organization, we have ensured full compliance with the latest municipal fire exit and accessibility requirements.
