Don Francis
Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience across 8 countries (China, India, Mexico, and etc) in senior roles in both R&D and Sales at multinational companies such as Amazon, IBM and Huawei, Cedric began his journey as a serial entrepreneur in Canada in 2010. Leveraging his unique insights into data, global economy and strategic vision, he founded School Locator, a real estate data platform, and PenPal English, a tutoring platform for international students.

As CEO, Cedric's deep understanding of Canada housing/financial system would make PolyPrime the most data-driven, capital efficient developer and Joint Venture platform for small scale multiplex projects within GTA market.

Ashley Jones
Kevin Deng, CFO
Previously, Kevin served as the North China Regional CFO for KWG Group Holdings (HKEX: 1813), a HongKong Exchange listed developer, where he gained deep insights into the real estate industry. Prior to this role, Kevin was the CFO for BlueScope Steel's China operations, a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange.In this capacity, he is responsible for finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and auditing, providing him with a profound understanding of capital investment and financial practices. Kevin holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Sophia, COO
Sophia, also founder of 51loans.ca, has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and is well-versed in the policies and regulations of the Toronto real estate market. She also holds a real estate mortgage broker license in Toronto, giving her deep expertise in real estate financing, construction, operations, transactions, and taxation. Leveraging her extensive financial resources, Sophia provides multi-channel financing arrangements for all company projects, ensuring operational stability and supporting the company's robust growth.

Lisa Rose
Head of Construction
With over 20 years of construction management experience in the Toronto building industry, Jim, also founder of aeonhomes.ca, is a registered builder with HCRA/Tarion and has maintained excellent relationships with over 100 high-quality subcontractors. His expertise and design capabilities are highly regarded within the industry. Jim views construction as an art form and is dedicated to ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. He holds dual degrees in Economics from the University of British Columbia and Architectural Science from Ryerson University.
